My E Com provides website design, ecommerce development, custom web development and mobile app services as described on myecom.co.in. Every engagement is governed by a written proposal or invoice specifying scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing.

In case of any conflict between website content and a signed proposal/invoice, the proposal/invoice prevails. Final terms may depend on the agreed proposal/invoice.

Starter plans are billed at the stated price plus applicable taxes (GST). Custom projects follow the milestone schedule in your proposal, typically a partial advance with the balance on go-live.

Domain and hosting renewals after the included first year are chargeable at the provider's prevailing rates. Third-party costs such as payment gateway fees, SMS/WhatsApp credits and premium licences are borne by the client at actuals unless stated otherwise.

Timely delivery of content (text, logos, photos, product data) and consolidated feedback are essential to meet timelines. Delays in content or approvals may extend delivery dates accordingly.

You confirm that content you provide is owned or licensed by you and does not infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of business information such as pricing, addresses and policies displayed on your site.

On full payment, you receive rights to use the delivered website/app for your business. We may reuse general know-how and non-client-specific code patterns across projects.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or third-party service outages.
